Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Therapist in Arizona (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual individual and/or group therapy
• Utilize psychotherapy and evidence-based approaches to improve outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Valid Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family (LMFT), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in Arizona
• At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience conducting psychotherapy utilizing CBT, DBT, and other solution-focused approaches
• Proof of professional liability/malpractice insurance with specified coverage limits
• Active NPI number
• Availability to start with a minimum of 10 hours per week
