Arizona Licensed Therapist Consultant

Job Summary

To support the launch of behavioral health services in Arizona, the part-time Arizona Licensed Therapist Consultant will assist with payer enrollment, credentialing, and clinical readiness activities in a remote, contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes, including credentialing and licensure
• Engage in meetings related to network expansion and conduct user research interviews to understand the Arizona healthcare landscape
• Identify and facilitate introductions to local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist
• Eligible for credentialing with commercial and government payers
• Experience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings preferred
• Strong organizational skills and timely completion of credentialing requirements
• Interest in supporting innovative, technology-enabled care delivery models
