Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Manager who will be responsible for onboarding new employees and supporting the development of Sales, Service, and Claims teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate training programs for new hires and existing team members
• Deliver tailored training sessions virtually and in-person
• Develop and maintain training materials and assessments

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering training in a professional setting
• Minimum of 2 years of frontline experience within the relevant department
• Proficiency in CRM systems and training tools
• Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
