Arizona Licensed Triage Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Analyst to assist with quality of care investigations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and triage quality of care referrals from various sources
• Create and maintain confidential electronic investigation files for quality of care cases
• Initiate medical record requests for investigations based on clinical nursing judgment

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Active, unrestricted LPN license
• 1+ years of experience in the health care industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work a full-time schedule with flexibility for an 8-hour shift
