Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriting Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls from policyholders, agents, and team members professionally
• Assist customers with inquiries related to underwriting processes and policies
• Collaborate with agent partners and other departments to address customer needs

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
• Bilingual is a plus
• Insurance Producer License is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment, preferably in insurance
• Familiarity with forms, procedures, and regulations for assigned programs
