Job Summary

A company is looking for a LCSW/LPC/LMFT Utilization Management Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Review clinical information and render coverage determinations and discharge planning decisions
• Analyze medical records and clinical data to ensure alignment with evidence-based standards
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and stakeholders to facilitate appropriate care and authorization decisions

Required Qualifications

• Current and active LCSW/LPC/LMFT license in Arizona
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Working knowledge of behavioral health terminology and utilization management principles
• Digital literacy and ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
• Cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations
