Job Summary

Empowering patients toward optimal health, the full-time Arizona Licensed Virtually Integrated RN will provide comprehensive remote support, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient engagement and care quality.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates virtually with healthcare providers to assess and address patient needs, including routine and urgent issues
• Oversees and implements patient care plans, focusing on preventive measures and quality improvement through data analysis
• Monitors clinical operations and ensures compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while enhancing patient outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing degree
• Minimum of 3 years of acute care nursing experience, including 2 years as a nursing preceptor
• 1-3 years of experience in a nursing leadership role (Charge RN applicable)
• Active Arizona Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification
