Job Summary

A company is looking for a Central and West Region Lead, Voluntary Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue growth
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and vendor partners
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the voluntary benefits or employee benefits industry
  • At least 3 years of experience in a regional leadership role
  • Appropriate state Life, Accident, and Health license(s) required
  • CEBS, VBS, or other relevant industry certifications preferred
