Job Summary
Seeking a temporary Arizona Licensed Workers' Comp Adjuster, the full-time position will adjudicate complex indemnity workers' compensation claims, requiring expertise in the AZ jurisdiction, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States until October 9, 2026.
Key responsibilities:
- Adjudicate highly complex indemnity workers' compensation claims with significant departmental impact
- Investigate claims thoroughly, including interviewing involved parties and analyzing relevant documentation
- Prepare reports, negotiate settlements, and manage claims in litigation to ensure timely resolution and optimal financial outcomes
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of five years' experience adjudicating workers' compensation claims in the Arizona jurisdiction
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- Arizona license required at the start of the assignment; California experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong claim negotiation skills and excellent business acumen
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and effective communication skills
