Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the fully remote Arizona Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims while ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve claims in accordance with policies and regulations
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Arizona Adjusters' license
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
