Working remotely, the full-time Arizona Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster will manage complex claims by analyzing exposure, interacting with involved parties for effective resolution, and providing exceptional customer service to claimants while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims using analytical skills
• Interact extensively with various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner to support claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Arizona Adjusters' license
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
