Arizona Licensed Workers' Compensation Paralegal
Job Summary
To support a growing legal practice, the full-time Arizona Licensed Workers' Compensation Paralegal will manage task lists, calendars, and case lists while demonstrating a strong understanding of Arizona Workers' Compensation laws and procedures in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare summaries of discovery, medical records, claim files, and depositions
- Draft responsive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Schedule Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs), depositions, and hearings while adhering to court-mandated deadlines
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of Arizona workers' compensation defense paralegal experience
- Strong knowledge of Arizona workers' compensation procedures and ICA requirements
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Proactive thinking and collaborative teamwork abilities
