Arizona/Nevada Licensed Client Service Manager

Job Summary

To drive sales strategy in the Arizona and Nevada markets for water and wastewater engineering services, the full-time hybrid Arizona/Nevada Licensed Client Service Manager will manage a multi-year client growth strategy, develop client business cases, and lead a high-performing Client Service Team while collaborating with technical leaders and project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute a multi-year client growth strategy aligned with business objectives
• Secure and deliver profitable work while managing risk exposure across the client portfolio
• Build and lead an engaged Client Service Team, mentoring team members and expanding client relationships

Required qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the environmental engineering and consulting industry
• Professional Engineer registration in Arizona or Nevada is preferred
• Proficiency in managing client portfolios to achieve revenue and growth outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute client engagement strategies and business development plans
