Job Summary

As a full-time remote Arizona Operations Excellence Manager, the successful candidate will turn complex healthcare data into actionable insights, design Power BI dashboards, and serve as a key data resource for operational teams while collaborating on system implementations and process redesigns.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to assess workflows and identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct data collection and analysis to monitor performance and recommend data-driven decision-making
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning to drive and sustain positive change across operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in process improvement and advanced data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Power BI and data management platforms
• Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills
• Ability to apply quantitative and qualitative process improvement techniques
