Arizona Payables Solution Advisor

Job Summary

Supporting the commercial card and payables business, the full-time Arizona Payables Solution Advisor will coordinate client enrollment packages, assist sales and account management teams, and contribute to portfolio growth in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and clients to finalize enrollment packages for new commercial cards and credit increases
• Prepare commercial card proposals and rebate agreements while maintaining documentation in the CRM system
• Support supplier enablement initiatives and ensure compliance with loan administration guidelines

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the financial industry or related field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Entry level to intermediate knowledge of banking operations and treasury management
• Understanding of regulatory compliance obligations and industry standards
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
