Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service support, the full-time Arizona P&C Licensed Customer Care Representative will assist policyholders with inquiries about coverage, claims, and policy changes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Responds promptly to inbound calls, online chats, and emails regarding policy coverage and claims
  • Builds rapport with policyholders by addressing their requests and inquiries effectively
  • Works to retain policyholders by recommending policy changes or coverage enhancements
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or customer support role
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Willingness to submit to a background investigation as part of the onboarding process
