Arizona Pre-Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Litigation Paralegal to manage cases efficiently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and potential clients, managing communications and case updates
• Order and manage medical records, negotiate settlements, and maintain organized case files
• Prepare demands and support documentation for submission to insurance carriers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal, especially with Arizona cases
• At least 2 years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster
• Strong negotiating skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of typing at least 35 wpm
