Arizona Regional Sales Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director - Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Team in following sales methodology and best practices while ensuring proper use of the CRM system
• Provide mentorship to Account Executives on prospecting techniques and account management
• Conduct periodic business reviews and assess team performance to identify growth areas and provide coaching

Required Qualifications

• Results-oriented mindset with a history of overachievement in leading teams in a hyper-growth startup environment
• Proven understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud security
• Basic knowledge of data security and compliance frameworks
• Experience managing CRM and opportunity management systems
• Ability to lead a team and meet sales quota requirements in a fast-paced environment
