Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Arizona Remote Sales Representative will conduct discovery calls, analyze financial information, and enroll clients into tax resolution programs, working remotely with a steady stream of warm leads.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough discovery calls with inbound leads to understand their tax issues and financial situations
• Review client documents to recommend customized tax resolution programs
• Manage the sales process from consultation to enrollment, ensuring a smooth client experience

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of proven success in remote phone sales or telemarketing
• Experience in high-volume inbound sales with a consistent performance track record
• Proficiency with customer systems, such as Google Suite and Salesforce
• Strong B2C sales experience with the ability to build trust and effectively close sales over the phone
• Self-disciplined and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
