Arizona RN Case Manager
Job Summary
To support the health and recovery of injured workers, the full-time Arizona RN Case Manager will create case management strategies, advocate for effective medical treatment, and coordinate services in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform initial and ongoing clinical assessments via telephone to evaluate injured workers' needs and treatment progress
- Build relationships with claims examiners, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and problem-solving
- Negotiate treatment plans and identify opportunities for expedited care to support timely recovery and cost containment
Required qualifications
- Current unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States
- 1.5 years of prior experience in workers' compensation
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred or equivalent work experience
- Certification in case management, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred
