Job Summary
Serving as the primary security adviser for branches and operational facilities, the full-time remote Arizona Security Consultant will assess physical security risks, implement controls, and manage incident resolution while collaborating with regional leadership and law enforcement.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical security risk assessments and recommend appropriate mitigation measures
- Manage incidents affecting Bank operations, maintaining records and facilitating restoration of security
- Serve as a technical consultant on physical security risks and develop protective measures for key stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Industrial Security or Law Enforcement, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of the Bank Protection Act and relevant security regulations
- Experience in physical security technology and crime prevention strategies
- Familiarity with NIST 800-53, FFIEC, PCI, and ISO 27001 security guidance
- Ability to build relationships with business partners and public officials for effective information sharing
