Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to health insurance, documenting and responding according to established policies
- Prepare correspondence and documents in response to customer inquiries while meeting departmental performance standards
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure outstanding customer service and timely issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
- Up to one year of experience in a high-paced contact center environment, preferably in healthcare or managed care
- Ability to use technology tools for research and customer inquiries
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual candidates preferred; an Associate's degree and additional experience are also preferred
