Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to health insurance, documenting and responding according to established policies
  • Prepare correspondence and documents in response to customer inquiries while meeting departmental performance standards
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure outstanding customer service and timely issue resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
  • Up to one year of experience in a high-paced contact center environment, preferably in healthcare or managed care
  • Ability to use technology tools for research and customer inquiries
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bilingual candidates preferred; an Associate's degree and additional experience are also preferred
