Job Summary
As a full-time remote Arizona Service Coordinator, the successful candidate will manage service requests, ensure timely resolution of customer issues, and maintain communication with clients while collaborating with IT teams to enhance service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage service requests, ensuring effective resolution of customer issues
- Document and update service management procedures and workflows, monitoring service level agreements (SLAs)
- Drive process improvements and provide ongoing education to process users regarding service support processes
Required qualifications
- At least 1+ years of experience in an IT discipline such as desktop field services, network support, or IT management
- Experience with SLA Management and Service Management
- Capability to navigate between infrastructure and application platforms, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Expertise in desktop, technical, and help desk support, as well as incident management
- Must have AZ DMV experience
