Arkansas Compliance Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Arkansas Virtual School Compliance Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation on Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) and Division of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) regulations
• Develop and refine student enrollment and transfer processes to ensure compliance with state requirements
• Create a roadmap for launching Arkansas virtual programs, identifying compliance steps and potential operational barriers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in K-12 education or virtual school operations
• Direct experience with the Arkansas Department of Education / Division of Elementary and Secondary Education
• Strong knowledge of Arkansas Academic Standards and curriculum approval expectations
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Policy, Educational Leadership, or a related field; Master's preferred
• In-depth experience with Arkansas K-12 funding and data reporting processes
