Job Summary
To provide exceptional customer service, the remote Arkansas Customer Service Representative will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage high-volume communications while ensuring a smooth order process.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support tickets and manage high-volume phone calls regarding existing orders
- Document issues in Confluence and assist with inquiries from internal departments and process servers
- Visit court dockets for case filing information and perform additional job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF Editor
- Experience with document manipulation and a typing speed of at least 55 wpm
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Capacity to perform repetitive tasks accurately and maintain high work quality under stress
