Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service client relationships to retain clients and ensure satisfaction
• Review policy renewals, prepare quotations, and handle client requests for information and endorsements
• Document client interactions and maintain knowledge of underwriting guidelines and policy coverage adequacy

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
• 5+ years of experience working with large commercial accounts
• Knowledge of underwriting guidelines and binding authority
• Experience in accounts receivable control
• Familiarity with legal and social conditions affecting policy coverage
