Job Summary

Investigating and settling automobile material damage claims, the full-time Arkansas Licensed Auto Adjuster will determine coverage and liability, set reserves, and negotiate settlements while adhering to company procedures and legal obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and settle automobile claims, determining coverage and liability
• Negotiate settlements within authority and in compliance with company policies
• Support catastrophe teams for auto losses as assigned

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two years of general business experience, preferably in an insurance setting
• Strong knowledge of automobile repair and estimating
• Ability to acquire and maintain applicable state licenses
• Proficiency in technology, including estimating software and electronic communications
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
