Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Supervisor - Arkansas Fully Licensed, Unrestricted Social Work or Counseling.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical staff performing Utilization Management (UM) Review services for Medicaid Members
• Assesses and adjusts daily workload and work schedules to meet departmental demands
• Conducts annual performance reviews and quality monitoring activities for clinical staff

Required Qualifications

• Active unrestricted Arkansas Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychological Examiner (LPE-I)
• 5+ years of relevant clinical experience in a behavioral health setting
• 2+ years of Utilization Management or Utilization Review experience
• 2+ years of supervisory or people management experience
