Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Outbound Call Center Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training and be assigned to one of four teams calling on behalf of clients
• Make 16-24 completed calls per hour using predictive dialing equipment, communicating with donors positively and enthusiastically
• Secure financial gifts from donors while maintaining minimum fundraising and productivity metrics

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record
• Dedicated wired internet connection
• A quiet place to work at home free from interruptions
• Basic computer skills
• Commitment and enthusiasm for charitable and non-profit causes
