Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support insurance and healthcare operations remotely in Arkansas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from providers regarding Credentialing Verification Organization (CVO) and Provider Enrollment
  • Document interactions by creating a Customer Tracking Number (CTN) for each call
  • Escalate complex issues to management as necessary and contribute to team goals
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a contact or call center environment
  • Background in healthcare or familiarity with healthcare operations is preferred
  • Experience with call center platforms such as CXone or Avaya is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
