Job Summary

To support a growing network, the part-time Arkansas Licensed Child Psychiatrist will conduct virtual psychiatric evaluations and medication management, providing evidence-based treatment to children and adolescents while collaborating with families and other healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and medication management strategies for various mental health conditions
• Foster a collaborative treatment environment by educating families and involving them in care planning

Required qualifications:

• Board-certified or -eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with an active license in at least one state
• Experience providing telehealth therapy services in a virtual environment preferred
• Proficiency with computer and live video tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets)
• Demonstrated family engagement skills and experience working with children and adolescents
• Familiarity with JCAHO guidelines and competency in practicing within an accredited framework
