Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Supervisor - Worker Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Workers' Compensation claims team, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency
• Oversee a team handling a portfolio of lost time and indemnity claims
• Manage adjuster hiring, training, and performance to foster a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• A High School Diploma is required
• A minimum of 10 years of related Workers' Compensation claims experience is required
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory or people leadership experience is necessary
• Candidates must be appropriately licensed and/or certified in the states where claims are handled
• Active license in Arkansas and/or Louisiana is ideal
