Job Summary

To enhance clinical program performance, the full-time remote Arkansas Licensed Clinical Program Manager will oversee reporting, vendor performance management, and operational improvements in Utilization Management and Care Management, collaborating with various teams to ensure compliant and high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with analytics and business teams to maintain and improve dashboards and reporting tools
• Facilitates vendor meetings and oversight committees to deliver performance reporting and resolve program challenges
• Monitors vendor adherence to performance metrics and prepares summaries of program performance for leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, social work, or a related field required
• Minimum seven years of experience in Utilization Management or Care Management, or five years with a master's degree
• At least two years of leadership experience in team or project management
• Experience in reporting or dashboarding for program management to track key performance indicators
• Clinical licensure such as Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) preferred
