Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Reviewer - Arkansas Behavioral Health License - PRN (Remote within Arkansas).

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize clinical expertise to review medical records against criteria and contract requirements
• Conduct prior authorization and quality reviews for inpatient and outpatient behavioral health providers
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to monitor provider trends and recommend policy improvements

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Arkansas licensure in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
• Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting, focusing on utilization reviews or case management
• Strong knowledge of medical, psychiatric, and psychological terminology and mental health assessment tools
• Familiarity with government-funded behavioral health programs and their policies
