Job Summary

Providing administrative and customer service support, the full-time remote Arkansas Licensed Enrollment Specialist will process enrollment applications, conduct pre-underwriting research, and collaborate with various departments to resolve enrollment issues efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Processes enrollment applications and change requests while ensuring timely and professional customer service
• Conducts pre-underwriting research and collaborates with Underwriting to complete application processes
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and communicates effectively with internal and external customers

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years of experience in a specialized customer service environment or two years of college with one year of relevant experience
• Must possess an Arkansas Insurance License for Life & Health
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
