Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the renewal process and preparation of proposals and account summaries
- Organize and prioritize workflow, processing certificates, policies, and endorsements
- Respond to client communications in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with EPIC is a plus
- Ability to interact with diverse personalities
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- High organizational skills
