Job Summary
Providing essential administrative support, the remote Arkansas Licensed LPN will triage incoming calls, enter referrals into the operating system, and communicate patient information to Central Intake Teams and branches.
Key responsibilities:
- Answers and triages phone calls to Central Intake Teams, relaying messages as necessary
- Obtains and communicates demographic and clinical information from clients and referral sources
- Data enters referrals into the mainframe and manages patient ping data throughout the day
Required qualifications:
- LPN licensure in the state of practice
- 1+ years of experience in office procedures
- 1+ years of insurance or medical experience
