Arkansas Licensed Medicare Sales Representative

Job Summary

Assisting customers primarily via phone, the fully remote Arkansas Licensed Medicare Sales Representative will guide Medicare beneficiaries in selecting and enrolling in health insurance plans while meeting sales targets and adhering to compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor, conducting needs assessments to understand clients' healthcare requirements
• Educate clients on Medicare options and guide them through the enrollment process with personalized support
• Qualify inbound leads and consistently meet or exceed sales goals while documenting activities in the CRM system

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of Medicare sales experience
• Active Health & Life Insurance License
• Current AHIP certification
• Strong technical skills with experience in systems like Salesforce and Five9
• Bilingual is a plus
