Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist in Arkansas.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals with OCD via a video platform
• Manage a caseload and maintain complete clinical documentation using the organization's EHR system
• Collaborate with a network of providers and participate in clinical consultations and training

Required Qualifications

• Full and unrestricted license in good standing in Arkansas (LP, LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
• Master's degree required
• At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies preferred
• Practical experience independently diagnosing is required, or completion of specific training may be accepted
• Availability for a 40-hour work week with 25 hours of direct clinical work per week
