Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist to join its founding clinical team in Arkansas, working remotely to support student mental health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide mental health assessments and teletherapy to PreK-12 students and school staff
• Participate in case discussions with team members and support transitions to community care providers
• Build collaborative relationships with school leadership, staff, students, and families

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active license in Arkansas to deliver mental health care (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• At least two years of experience delivering mental health services to children and youth via telehealth
• Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, and/or motivational interviewing
• Ability to provide effective care and manage crisis situations virtually
• Access to reliable, high-speed internet
