Job Summary
To support a mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care, the part-time Arkansas Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a remote setting, designing personalized treatment plans and managing electronic documentation efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environment
- Design personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing training to ensure best practices
Required qualifications
- A completed master's or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
- An active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP)
- Experience working with the geriatric population
- Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy is a plus
