Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Originator.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and answer questions about the process
• Analyze applicants' financial status and credit to determine loan feasibility
• Develop relationships with realtors, builders, and community organizations to promote mortgage services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Three to four years of mortgage experience (secondary lending)
• Working knowledge of FHA, VA, and conventional loans
• Understanding of compliance requirements and regulations
• Familiarity with Calyx, Desk Top Underwriting, and/or Loan Prospector
