Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Originate home loans and counsel customers in mortgage financing
Analyze financial status and property evaluations to determine loan feasibility
Develop relationships with realtors, builders, and community organizations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Three to four years of mortgage experience (secondary lending)
Working knowledge of FHA, VA, and conventional loans
Familiarity with compliance requirements and regulations
Experience with Calyx, Desktop Underwriting, and/or Loan Prospector
