Job Summary

Arkansas Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, responsible for originating home loans, counseling customers on mortgage financing, and developing new business in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with loan applicants to gather information and answer questions regarding the mortgage process
• Analyze financial status and credit to determine loan feasibility and set expectations
• Develop relationships with realtors and community organizations to support business growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Three to four years of mortgage experience, particularly in secondary lending
• Working knowledge of FHA, VA, and conventional loans
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and regulations
• Experience with Calyx, Desk Top Underwriting, and/or Loan Prospector
