Job Summary

Seeking an Arkansas Licensed Personal Injury Attorney, the full-time role will manage case evaluations, provide legal representation, and develop strategies to protect clients' rights while maintaining communication and organization throughout the legal process.

Key responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess the merits of clients' Personal Injury claims through thorough analysis of records and evidence
  • Represent clients in Personal Injury matters, including filing claims, negotiating settlements, and advocating for their legal positions
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates and advising them on their rights and options
Required qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active admission to the Arkansas Bar
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in Personal Injury law
  • Knowledge of Arkansas laws, regulations, and procedures
  • Ability to manage a robust caseload independently in a fast-paced environment
