Arkansas Licensed Practical Nurse Coordinator

Job Summary

Organizing and managing complex medical programs, the full-time remote Arkansas Licensed Practical Nurse Coordinator will analyze data, facilitate communication among healthcare teams, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between internal functional areas, clinical leadership, and patients to assist with escalated cases
• Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and support decision-making initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate processes to identify improvements for efficiency and effectiveness in healthcare delivery

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Current active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
• A minimum of four years of clinical nursing experience across various nursing facets
• At least two years of experience in utilization review, medical policy, or case management
• Knowledge of HCPCS/CPT/revenue codes and claims processing rules
