Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Litigation Attorney in Arkansas.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess the merits of clients' Personal Injury claims
• Represent clients in Personal Injury matters, including hearings and trials
• Develop legal strategies and maintain communication with clients

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the Arkansas Bar
• 5 - 10 years of experience in Personal Injury law
• Knowledge of Georgia laws, regulations, and procedures required
• Must be located in or near the State of Arkansas
