A company is looking for an Arkansas Probate Attorney (Contract and Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle probate and administration proceedings for clients
• Complete probate forms and supplemental court filings in accordance with jurisdictional rules
• Provide legal guidance and support to clients regarding trusts and estates matters

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in probate and trust & estates law
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in Arkansas
• Knowledge of local jurisdictional rules governing the probate process
• Outstanding references and excellent academic credentials
