Job Summary
To support Medicaid quality initiatives, the full-time Arkansas Licensed Quality Manager will direct quality programs, collaborate with leadership and internal teams, and manage project documentation and implementation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and manages performance improvement strategies for Medicaid quality programs, ensuring compliance with state standards
- Collaborates with internal departments and external vendors to prepare reporting and documentation for the state Medicaid department
- Oversees hiring, coaching, training, and performance management of the quality team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a Medical background, or five years of relevant experience engaging with healthcare providers
- Minimum five years' experience working with physicians and healthcare providers
- At least two years' experience with government programs quality measures, specifically in Medicare
- Minimum two years' leadership experience in project management or team leadership roles
- Experience with healthcare claims data and knowledge of Medicaid/Government Programs preferred
