Job Summary

To support Medicaid quality initiatives, the full-time Arkansas Licensed Quality Manager will direct quality programs, collaborate with leadership and internal teams, and manage project documentation and implementation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develops and manages performance improvement strategies for Medicaid quality programs, ensuring compliance with state standards
  • Collaborates with internal departments and external vendors to prepare reporting and documentation for the state Medicaid department
  • Oversees hiring, coaching, training, and performance management of the quality team
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a Medical background, or five years of relevant experience engaging with healthcare providers
  • Minimum five years' experience working with physicians and healthcare providers
  • At least two years' experience with government programs quality measures, specifically in Medicare
  • Minimum two years' leadership experience in project management or team leadership roles
  • Experience with healthcare claims data and knowledge of Medicaid/Government Programs preferred
