Arkansas Licensed Revenue Management Director

Job Summary

To maximize room revenue and yield penetration, the full-time salaried Arkansas Licensed Revenue Management Director will manage room inventories, develop sales strategies, and oversee forecasting and reporting for multiple hotels in the Arkansas region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and recommend sales strategies, room mix, and pricing to optimize occupancy and revenue
• Oversee the reservations system and lead sales strategy meetings to ensure effective guest mix and revenue maximization
• Compile data and analyze trends to create accurate forecasts and communicate staffing needs to maintain quality guest services

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing multiple properties
• Certification in Revenue Management systems for Marriott, Hilton, or IHG
• Minimum of 5 years of forecasting experience
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
